A team that works well does not happen by chance. People concerned about the efficiency and effectiveness of their teams need first to understand themselves and how they function best in a group setting. By analysing the individual preferences of the team members, the team can discover and deal with potential areas of strength, possible blind spots and development of strategies to improve overall team effectiveness.

Problem solving workshops

Usually our workshops are designed to provide an interesting and valuable mix of outdoor team exercises (average fitness will do as all exercises are non-strenuous with a huge fun element in the process of learning), backed up by indoor creative workshops, personality profiling, analysis and feedback.

The profiling tools we use are Belbin Team Types, SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) or MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and form an integral part of the workshops.

Our programmes are totally transferable across the UK to any venue of your choice. We regularly deliver this programme in hotels with suitable grounds and business centres. We can even map out a walk around an area of your choice. All of our events are fully risk assessed.
